Hi, I’m Stephanos — founder of The Grateful Path, husband, father, writer, children’s book author and everyday gratitude practitioner.
I started practicing daily gratitude at a point in life where I felt overwhelmed, stuck and exhausted. Life felt busy but not full. Though it started subtly, shifting my attention to the blessings I already had in my life began to completely transform my attitude. That daily moment of reflection sparked a transformation in my mindset, my relationships, and every aspect of my life!
What began as a personal habit turned into a way of living… and eventually, The Grateful Path.
